Sasuke's new dream is to use his eye teleportation to cut naruto in half like what he did to madara and steal his dna(ashura chakra) to awaken his right eye! I mean sasuke looks kinda retard right now also it's stated that the two eyes shows it's true power and sasuke needs that

Sasuke is a character that has quite amount of pride in him and even though it can be humble eventually , from his initial status , he would probrably not be able to utter a confession of love to someone without changing almost his entire character dynamic , for example , from young Naruto to the Naruto in the pain arc , where even though some of his elements were the same , you could see that he was potrayed as a much wiser individual

Kishi is also wrapping up his manga , and it is unlikely that he would have suffiecent time to create events that would change Sasuke's current character dynamic , and so even if he would do one , which i doubt , he would have to make a big and drastic change for Sasuke to become a person that would confess his love

The meeting with the previous 4 kages did shift his character dynamic , but not suffiecent enough for him to say " I love you" to sakura and even if sakura were to woo him , think , what would he do? He is potrayed as a character that does not really care for romantic love throughout his debut in the manga , and most likely , his character would simply brush Sakura off like she did Karin

It is indeed not as viable as other pairings , I could explain why , but that would involve me to go into more details about the character dynamics about other characters , and i do not know you suffiecently enough from your one liner response that i would bother typing out
