Chapter 700 takes place after the movie so what you saw in 700 is the last thing that will ever happen in Naruto.

They clearly say in chapter 699 that Tsunade is working on a new hand with hashirama's cells. Naruto, we can safely and strongly assume, has the same type of hand. In 700 they both have 2 hands.
