He never showed any romantic interest because he was focused on his goals.He had hatred and put revenge above everything,and wanted to sever all his bonds/connections with everyone.

Now he's good,and etc what i said above.Him developing romantic interest in her is plausible.Sakura is the closest person to him after Naruto.

Yeah,that was more focused on Naruto.Showing how Sasuke wanted to sever his bonds with Naruto.Although he did picture Kakashi,and Sakura,who are the only other 2 people he's been close too,and regarded as his family.

I'm not sure about that.He put her in Genjutsu rather than physically harm her.The only people he said he was going to kill were,The Kages,Bijuu,and Naruto.

-The Kages because they are the leaders to the messed up Shinobi world and system.

-The Bijuu because they are massive sources of power which people could potentially use in negative way like they did in the past.

And
-Naruto because he has their power inside him,and is the person closest too him,and the one who would most likely get in his way.

What feelings would that be? Sasuke explicity denied any feelings for her. Flat. Anything SS would have happened after 699. Even then it would be a massive asspull
