Vergo was hella strong he would've destroyed sanji , if their fight had continued.

That confused me. There was 3 ranks:
-Highest Executive
-Super Executive
-Executive

I don't think being the highest meant he was the strongest. I think it meant most trust worthy. Joker did give him the task to join the marines.
-I feel as if each Super Executive is possibly stronger than Vergo...maybe, just a guess

He's probably not the strongest. He was Joker's oldest soldier, so Joker trusted him the most, which is why he's so high. Also, Joker genuinely thanked him and seemed, like, disturbed at his death, so it's obvious Vergo was more than just another pawn. That's probably why he's so high.

This statement is irrelevant. That's like saying "Lucci would've killed Luffy if he didn't have such endurance." Or "Enel would have killed Luffy if his body wasn't rubber." Or "Crocodile wouldn't have been touched if Luffy didn't figure out his weakness." Or "Character A would've beaten Character B if Character A was stronger, or if Character B was weaker."

Vergo's Haki can negate Law's DF as mentioned by Joker,Law managed to cut Vergo coz he has considerably strong haki along with his DF.

While the super executives seem to b apointed based on strenght I dont think it was so for the Highest Executive, I think he is lyk the first person to join Doffy and seemed lyk a friend to Doffy so maybe Doffy held him in high regards and as a gesture gave him the Top most position but seeing as he wasnt publicly known to be Doffy's Man his position didnt clash much with the Super executives. Then considering what he showed on PH, the battles on Dressrosa wld b a tad easy if Pica, Diamante were weaker than him.

Sanji's body was already hurt because of the beating Nami had gotten when she was in his body. He would do better if he was complete healthy.
