[Discussion] So Vegeta is stronger than Goku now!!

He trained with Whis for 6 months while Goku just did chores and little training. 6 months enough for Vegeta to take over Goku. Vegeta may be the first one to reach Blue super saiyan god.

The fact that Naruto wasn't a match for Sasuke in the beginning of the series or maybe the fact he couldn't beat Sasuke in the first final valley?

Should I also bring up the fact Naruto was very weak compare to Sasuke in power after the time skip and even after getting Sage Mode...he had to train to get the Kyuubi's power to be a match for MS Sasuke? Naruto was only ahead of Sasuke with BM, but that became irrelevant after Sasuke got Perfect Susanoo. In fact, Naruto has never beaten Sasuke in a fight while Sasuke beat him 2 or 3 times and as for the second final valley...it was a tie.
