A lil less glamerous then an actual ability but you're right, although I believe it was only Kushina who had the "special chakra" in her, everybody else just has insane reserves of chakra.

Kekkei genkai means bloodline trait. I thin its there long life spans. And kushina could control tailed beast with one of the paths of pein ( kurama said the outer pathof the rinnegan ) .senju I think its Yin chakra. not sure.

Their bodies are kind of unique since three generations of uzumaki have had the Strongest bijuu sealed in them and no failures as opposed to the other hidden villages like the sand! The chakra thing too but its implied that they inherited the younger sons body!
