Even after she shows off her power, the chances of her being on their level is at least 2%.
For starters she gained chakra from Kurumah and then she finally said that she had 'enough chakra' basically its not her power to begin with since she literally the largest chakra ever thus meaning it'll take longer for her to store up the necessary amount of chakra she needs without Naruto's aid.

Also she's basically using what she apparently learned from Tsunade(which explains why she went on and on about her) meanaing whatever she shows will most likely be nothing compared to N and S.

I'd like to see Kishi's direct word stating Naruto/Sasuke=Sakura. Oh wait, you don't have it cause he never said anything like that. Learn how a story works. Character's words=/=Author's Words.

I'm not going to bother talking with a rabid fan who actually thinks this is possible.

So Sakura storing up her chakra is going to make her more powerful than when she had Naruto's chakra? Cause that's the only way she can reach their level, cause with the cloak she is still far weaker than they are.

If you believe her storing up chakra will put her on Sasuke and Naruto's level, you are pretty much saying this is a better boost than Naruto's chakra....

Kishi made it clear when he made her say "Do you think I'm a weak woman that can't compete with you?" clearly alluding at the fact that starting future chapters, Team 7 is on equal foot, same as the Sannins. Slug>Snake>Toad>Slug.

The answer to this question in my opinion of course is no.

Sakura is not on the same level with Naruto and Sasuke are currently. Simply because it was never hinted, shown, or foreshadow on Sakura's further growth/development(Sakura's full power). If anything Sakura character development is inconsistent and lacks out of the four main character of the story. If Sakura does have new abilitys then it will be random pulls, like I stated previously it was never hinted, shown, or foreshadow on Sakura's further growth/development(Sakura's full power).
