Also forgot to mention that madara has SM active which increases his durability by quite a bit. It is foolish to compare current madara's durability to tsunade's lol

Katsuya's chakra comes from the seal. And all Katsuya really had left to do was stick Tsunade together. Karin replenished base Tsunade.

Katsuya works off the seal only. Even if Karin did give her the chakra she still had to use it to heal them with her medical ninjutsu as the kages were inside katsuya.
