For a good part of her life (from Nawaki's death until her fight with Orochimaru) tsunade had hemophobia, or in other words was scared of blood. since the summoning jutsu requires the caster to cut themselves and use their blood to summon, that means tsunade can't do it since she was afraid of blood. So she couln't summon katsuyu. am i right?
