like who? the only characters who scream badass like tobirama are madara, minato and itachi
Sasuke has been sitting back minding his cool to see what if the kages in the past/Naruto can take on Juubito. Looks like the Sauce was wrong and has now entered solo mode. Naruto has just joined the Sasuke bandwagon hoping he can have some shine as well. Typical of Naruto inspired by Sasukes strength once again.

Tobirama got ripped apart by Obito whilst Sasuke was soloing the Juubi with Amateseru it actually retreated from Sasuke not wanting to be dealt a mortal blow.

To think this whole time...I was almost starting to doubt the Sauce but he was just there to observe Naruto's strength/current kages....
Still he had to protect NAruto from certain death, then he offered to save his life, but ofc Naruto had a plan thanks to Kurama feed spooning him info.
Then just when Naruto is sitting on the ground crying like a bch. Minato/Tobirama were saying there prayers. Sasuke goes solo mode. Thank you Lord Sasuke Thank you.

i know being badass doesn't mean stronger, but i have to disagree with your list some are badass but i feel tobirama trumps about half of your list

Kisame, Naruto, Zabuza, Konan, Bee and Kimimaro are straight off the list. They're cool but not bad-ass.

He was just drawing him for a Amateseru blast remember how badly Obito was screaming last time he got hit? Now Sasuke has got the Eternal Magnekyo Sharringan and hes not playing with him like back then.
