, it is shown that Tobirama knows about Kagutsuchi, the manipulation of amaterasu. I guess he must have fought against another Kagutsuchi user or else he shouldn't know about it.

Do you think Izuna had amaterasu and in extension, Kagutsuchi?

Kagutsuchi in this case could merely mean Sasuke's adept flame control or it could refer to Amaterasu itself seeing as he implies he never saw this type of Kagutsuchi.

Madara and Izuna mirror Sasuke and Itachi in that order IMO so it that's the case I believe Izuna would have had Amaterasu and when Madara implanted Izunas eyes he prob got Amaterasu unless he had it already, although Madara is the greatest Uchiha of all time so it's not a far stretch to say he prob already had it....just a thought
