Kirigakure sealed the Sanbi in Rin.
That is what we know now with the latest chapter.

Do you think it was previously in Yagura?
That it was sealed out of him and into Rin?
This could explain why it was in the wild, because it died when Kakashi killed Rin and the Sanbi revived himself somewhere some time later.

What do you think?
Was Yagura the Jinchuriki of the Sanbi, after Rin or before?

Was it Madara's plan to seal the Sanbi in Rin or Kirigakure's?

Maybe Madara had something to do with it, seeing how he knew Obito would come back (or he was just aware of Kirigakure their plan).
