Madara is the final boss, no Sasuke or Orochimaru arc, after Madara is done the Manga will focus on Naruto becoming Hokage and then end. Sasuke will be friends with Naruto and return to Konoha, maybe having a similar power-share deal like when Hashirama and Madara where pals. Orochimaru will retreat to a lair for the time being (until the third manga). Tsunade will get married and give up her Hokage position, Kakashi will probably be asked to become Hokage, but refuse (like Jiraiya did) so that Naruto can fulfill his dream. Sakura will become Sasukes wife, thus showing his love for a non-uchiha and redeeming himself.

There will be a final Edo Tensei after the war, So6p!. After this Edo Tensei it will be impossible , due to Banbutsu Sōzō So the third manga can't have Edo Tensei

The ending will play towards a third manga, setting up a new story, including Orochimaru (thats why they brought him back this late)
And after Naruto becomes Hokage he realises his dream was actually never to bacome Hokake, but rather to prove that anyone can become Hokage, even a parentless jinchuuriki. So he offers the position to Kakashi or Sasuke. He instead becomes a team leader for a young team, maybe including Konohamaru Sarutobi etc, and goes on and adventure, thus setting up the third manga.

After the war is over, Madara is finished of for good, and everyone who died gets revived, I think Kakshi should married the 5th Mizukage, Mei. Shikamaru will moved to the sand to be with Temari. Sakura will be with Sasuke, and marry him to rebuild the Uchiha clan the right way. And Naruto will be 6th Hokage, with Hinata, who regained her status as heir to the Hyuuga, as his wife, to also rebuild, the Uzumaki clan. Neji will be revived back to life after the war, and marry to Tenten. Sai should be with Ino, and live a quiet life with her. Gaara will still carry out being the 5th Kazekage with ether, Matsuri or Yataka, as his wife. Killer Bee, if he survives, will be one of Ei's (Raikage's) groups. Kurotsuchi or her Dad, will be 4th Tsuchikage, after Oonoki retires. Kiba will be with Karui. Suigetsu will be with Karin in the Leaf or Mist as Anbu along with Juugo. And we see Naruto on top of head with the Hokages, with Hinata holding his hand. Along with his friends, and Team Ebisu who all in their chunin uniforms.

Sakura won't be sasuke's wife...the guy is not one to get attracted to a girl or even think of a love life...I am no hater and i won't say that sasuke is gay, but he hasn't proven that he isn't one...besides i think naruto is the one who'll get married...will it be sakura or hinata or someone else...only God and kishi know..
