He is bigger than me about 6'3 and weight 160 lbs. I'm a Lil guy I'm only 5'7 and weigh bout 125. The spectators there said that it was pretty much a tie

I perosnally don't like fighting ( i can fight i just hold back alot, dat itachi pacifist style) but I suppose this guy does like fighting. And he didn't like the results of being a tie so now he wants to fight again .

If he's tall with long reach use that to your advantage. Move in close. If he can't extend his arms completely it takes power out of his punches. If you can, back him against a wall. This will also limit his ability to throw punches at full force. Don't just aim at the face. Use body shots. If you know where to throw them they'll wear him down trust me. And most importantly don't hold back against someone who is trying to beat your ass and definitely isn't holding back against you.
