The Gold and Silver brothers Ginkaku and Kinkaku gained large chakra-reserves from Kurama after being swallowed whole and eating the fox's Chakra meat from it's stomach. They were released after rampaging in the stomach.

As Naruto is in Goku's stomach thos is always an option if Goku betrays him lol

I think that kishi is gonna make it one of those jinchuriki things, like the telepathy between the bijuu. Son Goku could either try to help Naruto from the outside, or maybe it IS some sort of weird chakra switch up jinchuriki style. Considering all the cool stuff the jinchuriki and bijuu can already do, why put it past them toi be able to do something so simple, moving energy from one object to another. Kinda like the swinging metal balls, the ones on the end send kinetic energy through the row back and forth.
