Lol that's not what I'm talking about. Kaguya had Sharingan on her forehead. But what's the mark on Hagoromo's forehead? Is that an eye or just a mark? GOt my point?

I peg it as a birth mark. Marks him as the rinnegan possessor by right of birth(?) As opposed to by implantation.

It could be an eye but we don't know for sure. If it is an eye, it's possibly a third Rinnegan eye.
I really wanted a character to have all three of the dojutsu with a Sharingan and a Byakugan in each eye and the Rinnegan in a third eye on top. But it seems this will never happen :-(
