Obito and Naruto parallel each other. They need to fight and it will be one of the best if not the best fight.

EDIT: The Great Lord Elder didn't even finish telling Naruto the prophecy. Naruto cut him off and said he knows what will happen thinking it is about Sasuke. That is making it too obvious that Obito is the one he fights.

Logically he is talking about an actual boy not a man with childish beliefs. He couldn't see too clearly in his vision and couldn't have known obito (seen as a fully grown man in his vision) was childish in his beliefs.

Im pretty sure it was Sasuke because in an interview this year, Kishi said there will be a fight between Sasuke and Naruto. The only thing is that we don't know when and under what circumstances it will take place.
