Its a very tough choice...each have their own specialties.

I'd say Onoki given his experience, versatility and the power of his kekkei tota.

I consider Tsunade and Mei to be equals and would place them above Ei, who I think is absolutely pathetic.

Gaara is a tricky one for me to rank...
