Unlikely. This is what probaly happened...
1)Kaguya had two sons, sage and his brother.
2) Sage inherited her sharingan (rinnegan) and his brother inherited her Byakugan.
3)Sage had two sons as we know, one inherited his eye, one his body and chakra. These are the Senju and Uchiha.
4)Sage's brother also has two sons, one inherits his eyes (Byakugan) and the other his body and chakra (Uzumaki).
5)Hence why it was said the Uzumaki are 'distant' relatives of the Senju and why the Hyuga were related to the Uchiha.
6)At the end of the day they all go back to Kaguya
