seriously..why does everyone want it so bad? Orochimaru uses senju dna to make things stronger, madara uses senju dna to make things stronger, kabuto uses it...what is it about senju?
maybe they should get them some goku dna..

They are unique characteristics that stem from the Rikudo Sennin. The reason why they're unique is because only the Senju are the natural source after the Rikudo Sennin. When the Senju DNA combines with the Uchiha DNA, it provides the user with a God-like power. The one of the physical features is the Rinnegan which Madara unlocked and allowed two other shinobi to use it(Nagato and later Obito).
