If Kakashi can act in the mist to a certain extent back in part 1, its not a big deal. Also, when has Kakashi ever shown to be capable of using hidden mist.....he was clearly vulnerable to it against Edo Zabuza.

Sasuke has already swapped without even looking at his destination. He might not be able to use it as he likes but it's just hidden mist can easily be avoided.

I fail to see how a D-rank jutsu is going to work on an EMS/Rinnegan combo, especially since the later eye can see beings in other dimensions, as someone already noted. You also assume that Sasuke has to actually see what he wants to swap with, which in turn is incorrect, since Sasuke has ported multiple times without swapping with anything, or something miniscule like pebbles or air molecules.

Only when i see something like that in the Manga will i believe it. How is this a 5-star thread, anyway...

Didn't Black Zetsu say a skilled Shinobi can turn a pebble into the deadliest weapon if used skillfully?

Also Jiraiya was known for taking simple ranked Jutsu and using them at full efficiency.
