Also the reason they both have 2 eyes while sasky has one eye. Two eyes would be too op, so kishi stop sasky right there, so no two rinnegans for sasky

Madara didn't have moon seal, so6p basically born with it.

So6p didn't really need to work for anything. He basically reached his prime since birth

Is it because of the concentric rings? If you look at the Sharingan it had one that the tomoe sit on, a "sharingan" with 3 sets of 3 tomoe would have concentric rings that the tomoe sit on.

Well you said that it was because Sasuke absorbed the Sage's chakra right?

But the Sage's chakra is just Indra+Ashura chakra so I don't see how it would make a difference.

It allows him to use all Sharingan/MS Dojutsu in conjunction with Rinnegan Dojutsu.

I get that but, I think the point that I was trying to make back then was that it doubled up on the Yin portion of the chakra, thus mutating the Rinnegan's mutation further giving it Sharingan capabilities?
