So Sasuke Normal Body Has Senjutsu As I Suspected...

I was looking over the current manga chapter 674 and I noticed Sasuke doesn't have a limited sage mode thing.
He said in quotes "I'll use the sages senjutsu as well."


This means he can use it freely or use his chakra without it freely?
I have no idea yet, but he said it like he can here:

He's saying it as if he can switch it on and off as he pleases...is this correct?
Which means Sasuke's normal body is senjutsu based.
Its just a theory based off words...but pretty valid.
