Sorry but i received no scans of sasuke having to prepare his ameratsu. Infact there have been many scans of sasuke using ameratsu at a moments notice, showing he doesnt need to prepare for it. Only thing left is his teleportation, i know sasky is your fav but last chapter nerfed that shiit

no i never said his eye needs cooldown, dont put words in my mouth. yes he preserved his chakra when madara was not around but in battle so far he has not been shown to preserve it or close his eye. manga hasnt shown him at is his limit in battle yet so you cant limit him yourself.

Read the manga carefully, even Kaguya and Madara's third eye or 9 tomoe Sharingan was shown to be completely closed when not in use.

I took consideration, and I don't like to joke too much, you're right in the need for him to master it, and the reason he isn't spamming it because it would be repetitive(obviously) which wouldn't be entertaining. But I doubt his jutsu would be perfect, why does he close his left eye when not in combat? He closes his right for accurate aimming we know. But for the left....

There is some other thread that said the weakness might be that he can't teleport to where he can't see, or it might be limited range due to him not being able to catch up to madara just by using the eye.

We can't confirm if it has cooldown or take chakra or not, but we use the clues we know to become closer to the real answer.

check the previous page and you will see it. i think you saw it but you decided to ignore it because it doesnt favour your argument. no one has even brought a scan of sasuke using it at a moments notice, you made that up once again. against raikage he prepped it, against obito, he prepped it etc. reread the manga, it is basic knowledge that amaterasu requires a build up of chakra heck nagato sensed when itachi was about to use it. again hes used his teleportation different times and he hasnt prepped it before use but am sure you will ignore it if i show the scans. nobody nerfed anything, just you usiing fanfic to nerf his jutsu yourself. manga doesnt support you period.
