no wonder he said he is the only one who can trace the remnants, because he can travel to her dimensions. men cant wait to see it either. he must have truly honed and worked on his rinnegan to use this power. all the paths should have been mastered. also now we know his rinnegan tomoes are indeed for a reason so its not a normal rinnegan by any means.

Might be the reason why his Rinnegan didn't have tomoes on it and it's probably partially the reason why he seemed pretty powered down.

I don't think it's like Kaguya's though since Sasuke's Chakra levels are nowhere near Kaguya's and that technique is chakra taxing on her. It's probably like Kamui where he can travel through dimensions.

If he does in fact do this and the spoilers don't turn out fake it would be proof that the Rinnegan's potential is limitless as all its abilities can be learned. All non-blood related ninjutsu can be copied after seeing them once with Sharingan, etc. Would be OP.
