I don't know why this don't surprise me. I just know I was expecting Sakura learning almost every ability Tsunade got to teach, the only thing keeps Sakura being different from Tsunade until now would be...

- Experience in the battlefield
- Lifespan (Tsunade has Uzumaki Blood, it is not confirmed yet that Sakura has Uzumaki Blood, possibly from his father)

Is there something else needed to prove that Sakura surpassed Tsunade at her age?

I was thinking this as well, Sakura has finally stepped her game up, she seems confident she can do mass healing like Tsunade too. Though we don't if Sakura's seal is as effective as Tsunade's yet. I feel if Sakura could just learn special ninjutsu or element jutsus then she'll be a step ahead of Tsunade and many others since they would open up her strange from just a taijutsu/medical specialist.

Sakura has no Byakugou or Sozo Saize. She isn't immortal like Tsunade

Yup im guessing she can't summon whatever slug it is without the chakra boost from the seal.

I would like to clear myself. I didn't say the current Tsunade, I said Tsunade at her age. I'm trying to say that Sakura has the potential to go even further than Tsunade.And, of course, as your comment lacks of any proof too, I could say "your statement can't be proven too".

The Seal can be used as far as it's not consumed. It works exactly as Tsunade's Yin Seal, so it can be recharged too.

Damn true, we don't know if Sakura can release her Yin Seal. But as I said, I'm talking about Tsunade in her age (Did Tsunade at Sakura's age as good as the current Sakura? Joke aside... the current Sakura's seals seems to be the Byakugou. Chatte cleared this to me, Mangapanda had a bad translation of her seal (there was said Hyakugou), but it was Byakugou.

IMO, I'm quite surprised that she's able to summon the slugs. But I must say that it's about motherfocking time Sakura chan has been unfodderized. A lil too early to day that she's surpassed tsunade tho.

She can't use the seal's chakra unless she releases it. I think she meant she can heal people if it's the current her meaning she doesn't have to worry about chakra maybe? Cuz when shes out of her base chakra she can just release the seal.
