It's safe to say that like sharingan, rinnegan also has different patterns in each user who awakens it?

Even though there are only four (but we don't know if indra awakened rinnegan or not.. probably).

Kaguya has 9 tomoes.

Sasuke has 6 tomoes.

Sage has none, but he has a third eye .. kinda.

Madara has no ripples.

I know we haven't seen sasuke really use any other rinnegan jutsu, but I believe the tomoes mean something. I also think it's a difference in power as well.

But I think it would be foolish to say sasuke rinnegan is stronger than the sage... however he not only can mix rinnegan moves with sharingan, but MS, and EMS as well with it which would kinda make sense.

only with MS/EMS I think rinnegan would be like madara's only sasuke got the 6t rinnegan. If itachi or shisui or obito would have awakened rinnegan themself if they could which they couldn't they would have gotten the same as madara
