Its stupid to think juubi is in control of obito too.
Juubi on its own was weak and stupid, couldnt use its power good enough.

2. Obito is nowhere near Sage, because Juubi isn't in final state, it was revived with only 7 Bijuus and eight and nine tails chakra, which means even in final state Juubi wouldn't be as strong as it was.

3. Obito is not experienced, his eyes are not complete by that I mean, his Sharingan isn't Perfect, his Rinnegan is not even his, he does not match requirements to control something as Juubi.
