He can only use it to cast IT. Kaguya is the only person with enough chakra to wield that thing. And Kaguya's is a sharingan.

Sasuke's eye is probably a hybrid between that 9T Sharingan and the Rinnengan.

I strongly doubt that. Kishi changed villains because Madara wasn't strong enough for an epic fight between them.
We dont know yet if 3 eyed Madara is stronger than current Sasuke. But it's pretty obvious that Naruto+Sasuke > 3iMadara

Meh, I'd say that current Sasuke is a bit higher than single rinnegan living Madara level. I think that throughout his fight with Naruto he'll probably reach the level of Hashirama Sage Mode double rinnegan Madara level, who I believe to be equivalent to or slightly above JJ obito.

Sasuke has Solo Clap in which he can turn anyone into CT core just by clapping.


Madara cannot do the same. He has to create the cores themselves.

Madara was not concerned with fighting only one of them at a time. His concern only came fighting both Naruto and Sasuke together. His concern was not for losing to them. His concern was that he wanted to get IT started and they were delaying him. I do not think that Sakuke could have defeated Madara with two rinnegan and the juubi's eye. Madara had so much more battle experience than Sasuke.

However, 3 eye madara is the combination of current sasuke and naruto rikudou powers. So, it makes no sense to assume sasuke is equal to 3 eye madara.....no sense at all.

This is wrong. They have many techniques and abilities which Madara hasn't.

We cant really know who is stronger now, maybe Sasuke destroys the world with a handclap in the next manga, who knows.
We can only try to interpret the hints Kishi gives us.
He let Sasuke do a CT which is smaller in radius, but without the weakness of a core.
So that should probably show that Sasuke has less power than Madara, but is technically more skilled.
