So Orochimaru was still weak cuz of Shiki fujin??

What's the meaning of this? I thought that when Orochimaru changed his body after his fight against Sarutobi, he had recovered, but Suigetsu says Orochimaru still couldn't use his both arms??

I don't think we actually saw him use his arms after he changed bodies, so it's definitely possible he never regained the ability to perform ninjutsu. When Orochimaru was revived, he didn't dispute this and instead stated that he wasn't 'strong enough' to take Sasuke's body yet which supports the idea.

I have a strong feeling that may be the case after Sasuke has learnt what he needs to know of 'them'. In addition, I think that we may finally get to see Orochimaru at full power soon.

No matter what he does he wont have his arms at full strength again.
the 3rd took his "souls" arms so no matter if he puts his soul into another body his soul wont gets its arms back.

Not sure about it but wasn't he still capable to use snake summonings?? But if he can't recover after changing bodies, then why does he care to take Sasukes body. It won't change a thing. He says he want to have the much more knowledge possible in ninjutsu, but without being able to use seals it would be impossible to use ninjutsus

come to think of it we never saw Oro doing ninjutsu (with hand signs) so it is true.

we might get to see Oro fighting at full power.

May be he developed a method to regain the lost part of his soul, he only summoned triple rashomon during Naruto fight and he did that without making hand signs, and if my memory serves right then it was Kabuto who performed the snake summoning hand signs for him.

You make a valid point. Maybe if he takes Sasuke's body than this will restore his ability to use hand-signs, but I'm just as curious as you are. Until more is revealed about Oro's condition there really isn't much we can do but speculate. Two things are known for sure though. Firstly, he doesn't need hand-signs to perform the body transfer technique which he would be using to take Sasuke's body. Secondly, as far as we know, he wants Sasuke's body for his Sharingan.

Other than this, I'm keen to see more info on the matter in future chapters.
