So, Obito just disintegrated. Then he met Rin in the afterlife.

However, As Zabuza and Haku have allready confirmed, No afterlife in Naruto.

So clearly the pile of ashes is secretly still alive.
It takes much more than Disintegration to kill him off.

Yes i know it's clinging at straws.

It was meant to be a way of closing his life and character out.

I'm actually glad Naruto was forced to let someone die, for once. The biggest problem, right now, is that he is walking the same path as the Sage and trying to prevent natural events that are inconvenient or objectionable. The healing of Kakashi's eye. The saving of Gai. Both of those are horribly unnatural and selfish actions made simply because Naruto was not able to accept that people get harmed and/or people die.

The Sage corrupted him and he's slowly embracing the 'dark side.'

He will be able to keep Padme from dying...

Kakashi should've told Obito to give his eyes to him. Or one of them at least.

I find the death of Nagato much more heroic because he actually was able to bring back many of those that he killed and because I think he could relate to Naruto more (essentially, so much of Obito's aim has come from being friendzoned/losing the girl he liked as a kid).

He was Halucinating, Since he also saw Obito there.

He did not hallucinate his father lmfao. He was THINKING of Obito, Minato and Rin as he was fading into the afterlife, then when he actually got there, it was purgatory, and he had a long talk with his dad, and then when he was revived, his dad told him it wasn't his time yet and that he can finally see kakashis mother again.

Who besides me is actually glad Obito is finally dead (for the moment)? Yes, he went out more as a hero, but it took him so long to realize the error of his ways (longer than Nagato) and he didn't really show remorse for those that he killed/help kill until after his defeat (whereas Nagato did revive the people he recently killed and essentially admitted defeat to Naruto but could have killed Naruto even in his condition and Konan was there to help kill Naruto if it turned out that way).

Also, because of Nagato's ideology of peace vs. Obito's deluded peace ideology, this is why I still favor Nagato's death over Obito's. Now, Obito dying as a kid, I will feel more sad for but not adult Obito because of how evil Obito became (Yes, Nagato was evil, however, Obito was more evil, to me, and Nagato's tragic childhood I find more justified in being evil vs. Obito's evil largely stemmed from essentially a friendzoning).

In the Shinto lore the afterlife is merely a place called the Pure World where souls go into suspended animation until they are later reborn. This is why Haku did not remember anything. It's more likely these people just have hallucinations derived from their emotions.

If you go by what you're sating then Doctors should not do body transplants on anybody because it inter fears with the natural order. No hearth transplants, we should not prolong life. Naruto did what Doctors have ben working on today, to use the DNA Code to replace damage and missing parts. So your family would be selfish to get you a hearth, kidney,or eye transplant if you needed it. Think about that.

i think that nothing from the pure world(e.g. afterlife) can go to the impure world(e.g world of the living), so they kind of have the same motto as las vegas , wha happens in vegas stays in vegas

Yes, exactly. Kakashi's death proved that like I said in my own post on here. His father was real, his fathers feelings were real, and his presence was real. This has got to be one of the stupidest threads on here in regards to going to the afterlife or not. In which Kakashi remembered, someone said Haku didn't remember, but Zabuza did, as Kakashi did.
