Everyone is like 'minato is the best' 'hiruzen was the professor of ninjutsu' 'hashi is the god of shinobi' 'tsunade has boobs' etc.

But noones like 'tobirama! He's a great guy!'

One of my fav hokages. He's the most realistic leader in the naruto universe. If naruto were based in reality, I'd vote tobirama for president. He's smart, reliable, calm, and powerful. Plus, he has a great will of fire too. If he were a little more powerful, then he'd be my favorite by far.
