So, I finally saw the entire Boruto movie. Sasuke was amazing as usual, but Naruto? He disqualified Boruto for using the Ninja Tool because he think it takes away the purpose of the Chunin Exams.


........ Is this really coming from the same guy who used Kurama's Chakra after having his Chakra Points blocked to defeat Neji. >_> TBH.. Him and Boruto was in the scenario.

I'm pretty sure 80% of the Shinobi was using Kurama's Chakra during the war without training to use it.

Minato used Kurama's chakra after coming back from the dead, Bruh. He sucks ass at Senjutsu, but master Kurama in less than 2 hours.

Boruto knew what he was doing was wrong, he did it 100% intentionally and he did it every time the ball was dropped on him. Boruto was a legitimate cheater. Naruto purposely used Kurama chakra during the Chunin Exams. I understand that it was banned, but I don't see how Naruto doesn't see that as a shortcut or taking the purpose out of the Chunin Exams. Like disqualifying him and taking his headband was a bit harsh. I'm sure people like Sasuke or other Kages could overlook it, then he could have too.

But why was it banned? Because it take purpose out of being a Ninja to him. Isn't that a bit hypocritical when he used Kurama? A Tailed Beast Power is not an ability.

Difference is Naruto isn't and wasn't the only jinchuiriki in the Chunin exam (Gaara) Jinchuriki accessing bijuu is no different then say Sasuke using his Sharingan or Neji using his Byakugan. It's a part of him and has been since the day he was born. Even more so Kirama wasn't willingly giving Naruto his chakra. Naruto trained under Jiraiyah to learn to access it. It's not an external source but a secondary source of power housed within his own body that requires training and skill to access.

Boruto used an external source-a mechanical machine that requires no training and something even non ninjas can use. Nothing to call Naruto out on.

Being given the chakra by Naruto, who uses his own skill to match it to their chakra "type," is totally different from drawing upon the chakra his own, particularly back when Naruto didn't have a good relationship with Kurama. In fact, there was an entire training arc dedicated to Naruto learning to access and harness Kurama's power. It may seem like a free power-up, but every Shinobi has been amazed at Naruto's ability to handle all that chakra; Hinata's reaction, after receiving a Kyuubi cloak, was surprise that Naruto was handling all of that chakra. Even EMS Sasuke was shocked/jealous that Naruto could perfectly handle so much chakra in Bijuu Sage Mode.

Not to mention the training arc where Naruto learned to handle KCM, since the raw power of the chakra was difficult to control. Or the Bijuudama training. Or Jiraiya training Naruto to handle a higher number of tails without being overwhelmed by Kurama's Will.

So yeah, it's a bit different from a Ninja tool that allows random non-ninja scientists to produce a Rasengan with no effort.
