He's a jinchuuriki, it seems like a perfect one since he's in control. If he gets put in one, he should be able to disrupt his chakra fairly easily to snap himself out. No proof of this but I doubt genjutsu would work on someone as powerful as him right now anyway.

It wouldn't work. Juubi has yin yang release. He can theoretically defeat any chakra move except senjutsu chakra. Maybe frog song will work since it is senjutsu.
