A perfect jin can't get Genjutsu'd unless the genjutsu is unoticed by both the beast and the jin. And no uchiha did it until now. ( Itachi genjutsu on bee has been cancelled by gyuuki quite fast)

( The only one who genjutsued a jin is the crab from the movie because it puts the victim into sleep and make the genjutsu look like a dream, making it unoticeable for both)

Not really. Obito - or it could be Madara as the time-line is off - controlled Yagura for years. Itachi never used Tsukuyomi.

In reality, Shin is most likely going to be the villain Bolt faces. After all, it's his movie, and he's still a kid in it. He has to fight a non-rikkudo villain if he's to win. Shin will probably be stomped, and forced into a retreat, only to reappear in the Bolt movie.

Well it was certainly the most sneaky and in a way the most inventive genjutsu of the series/manga. An illusion that you can't see, is in a way, the best illusion possible. To trick a jin, you need to trick when awake two "people" at the same, a thing close to impossible unless you make it look like a dream by putting the guy asleep.

Without sakura resilience, nobody would able to break it.
