So Naruto's sun seal is gone

In the movie trailer, Naruto has a bandage around his right hand, the hand where he had his sun seal, as you all may know.
But now that his seal is gone, his hand looks perfectly fine ! What do you guys think would caused him putting bandages around his hand ? I think it might be a scar that Sasuke left on him when they fight at the end, I'm not so sure. Tell me guys what you think !
