I did, and if base naruto can keep up with sasuke, they are about equal with sasuke having the edge, which means naruto doesn't need rsm, his regular sm or bm beats sasuke, which means we( mostly naruto fans) wouldn't get to see the full power of rcm, which means it would be a let down for most people and a disappointment

We don't actually have proof that he can't deactivate his rinnegan, especially considering that the only other known Uchiha to activate rinnegan had the ability to turn it off and on at will. If you're basing your opinion on the fact that he has yet to turn it off since he started fighting with it, then I don't think that's a valid argument at all, as he has yet to turn off his sharingan eye either.
