Remember the Raikage/Naruto encounter? He attacked Naruto the same way he attacked Minato, with his FULL speed! They both dodged.

So, Naruto has surpassed Minato in chakra linking, is as fast if not faster than Minato and is in 100% sync with Kurama so he has Tailed Beast AND Sage mode level powers.
