Nobody is the exact reincarnation of the Sage. Looking at Madara, he's nothing compared to the Sage because he lack 2 rinnegan and he doesn't have 100% of the juubi. Naruto is the reincarnation of Ashura and Madara is the reincarnation if Indra (or whatever the older son's name is).

I don't think they care, Since Ashura (naruto) was chosen by the sage to be the successor of ninshuu and not Indra (sasuke).

So in the end Ashura (naruto) came out on top, So i think naruto fans are fine with this turn of events.
