Sage Mode of Naruto= Sage transformation of Juugo affecting Sussano
Kurama shroud > Incomplete Sussano
Kurama shroud= Final Sussano(EMS version)

in other words.... Sasuke will be only equal to Naruto when he enter final stage of Sussano(as against Zetsu) with Juugo's Sage transformation. The reason why Sasuke said that is because he has cocky attitude and is overconfident but this is simple nature of Sasuke's complex behaviour.

Simple as that..., but when Naruto got full Kurama then Sasuke will need Perfect Sussano.... easily hint from Kishi.

However I won't take this epic and glorious for Sasuke moment away, so feel free to point it out and enjoy it

Wtf are you on about, sm and mastering the kyuubi is in no way a free power up and he trained every bit for it. Being able to combine it was a natural next step but the kyuubi was stopping it until recently.
