As an artist, I can say that hands are one of the hardest things to draw.
When I saw this, my first thought was "Kishi-sensei, how long did it take you to do this?!?!"
My second thought was if all of those hands could perform hand signs to do jutsus.

You do realize, that it isn't being made on a weekly basis. For what we know, Kishi might as well be at chapter 800..... Though I doubt that. But surely he is some chapters ahead. Like when we get early chapters online due to holidays in Japan, which proves it.

Would not be surprised if he had done the basics of this drawing at some point in the past or worked on it over time, I mean he planned out some parts of the story already so it stands for reason that he might of had this jutsu planned out from the start.

The detail on this drawing is so awesome and great that I could not see it being completed within a week.

At this point he probably has people under him to do all the hardwork, like inking and whatever. He probably just makes a sketch and the script for the chapter.
On the other hand he had a lot of practicing in these ten and something years, you would expect him to be able draw this almost with closed eyes.
