Even though we haven't seen the fight through to its conclusion, somehow I doubt that Mito will make any appearance. There are tons of people who love to say that Hashirama had her help during the fight, but that is not stated anywhere in the series - all it says is that Kurama was sealed inside of her after Hashirama's battle with Madara, never that she was actually there during the battle.
