Even though I think that BM Naruto is more powerful than EMS Sasuke it does not mean that EMS Sasuke < SM Naruto. Just by all the feats we have seen anyway. Also it is never a good idea to ask why sometimes characters don't do this or that, always remember inconsistent Kishi and plot no jutsu.

As far as I know, Black Zetsu = Hashirama's Cells influenced by Madara's Will. So I don't understand your first lines...
