He clearly started that is the black sphere's graze you, they disappear (or probably more so become nullified.)

He's just not being focused on right now since he's not relevant at the moment. Just like why we're not seeing the Kage the Third Hokage or the Alliance.

I wouldn't be so quick to claim him as dead for two reasons:

1)Kishi probably wouldn't kill him off without being able to say goodbye to naruto
2)Naruto still has the FTG Kunai in his mouth. While he did use that so that the second could send Sasuke directly to Naruto, it's still unclear whether Naruto himself can use the FTG (which woul be pretty dope in my opinion), or whether he already sensed Minato and is using it so that Minato can zip right to him.

Minato can only teleport things in contact with himself or his chakra. Those orbs are clearly already touching his cloak. No matter what he does, he's getting hit by them full force.

You're still ignoring the part when he said they disappear when you graze them. He stated it obviously in the first picture. He grazed them, making them disappear, then teleported out of Gai's way so Gai could keep on fighting.
