I would absolutely welcome a part 3 of Naruto I honestly don't want Naruto to end yet I feel there's still so much potential and untold stories in it that needs clarification in order to complete the series

A part 3 would be interesting. I mean if One Piece can continue for 10 years, I'm sure Naruto can too.

There will of course will be those who won't like part 3, nothing you can do about that. Every long running manga has highs and lows, that's just the way it is. But anyway, even though Kishimoto isn't a perfect writer (which some apparently expect him to be) he's still a pretty damn good writer so I'm not writing off a part 3 as bad yet.

And yeah guys, there'll always be whiners on the internet. I mean it's okay to voice your opinion, but the internet makes some people lose all decency.

Its one shot for a reason. Even the creators of one piece and bleach had to do this. They are asked to do a quick short story for some bizare reason, something like what they would of liked to of done n shiz.

New Naruto movie comes out in December, and from japanese scans says that this film is "part of the larger “Naruto Shin Jidai Kaimaku Project” (Naruto’s New Era Opening Project)"

But out of all honesty, they'd have to end at Part III. I don't know who the new villain could be and all that stuff after Part III or the new goal and stuff.
