Sasuke's PS was as big as standing Kurama, Madara's too, and Kakashi's was the same size. It's not difficult to grasp.

Sasuke was able to do the same things with many meteors, and flying over to the next one on the meantime. Plus Sasuke was a lot younger, not Edo tensei, just discovered that Susano'o and it was even able to fly.

Madara's was biggest yes, but Sasuke can use it more. While Sasuke's Susano'o, as it was perfect, Sasuke didn't have a nearly as large chakra pool as madara did. So I am just guessing, that the epilogue Sasuke has a Susano'o almost the same size.

It's not that Madara's PS is bigger, but that Sasuke's was used in larger scale battles and therefore seemed smaller.

Pics have shown that people don't even come up to the top of the feet of either Sasuke or Madara's PS. They're about the same size but Sasuke's is stronger anyway.

I mean madara was Edo so unlimited chakra pool...but rinnegan sasuke has a much thicker and larger chakra pool then alive non Jin madara for obvious reasons. But one can adjust the size of their PS, though madara's was big it's movement was exactly the....swiftest while sasuke's was, my bet is saauke sacrificed size for speed which is often seen in many animated series. Madara's susano is slower than sakura's character development.

What madara fought hashirama in a day? Sasuke did an entire taijutsu battle in a day while he was heavily exhausted, survived multiple gigantic explosions, and still was able to keep fighting. Yes via susano but madara practically used susano himself. And not to mention sasuke's battle against kaguya also consumed large amounts of chakra and his fight against juubi Jin madara. Where madara could only survive a day against hashirama. So please madara fan tell me how madara's chakra is more vast than sasuke's?

The fact that sasuke is conserving his susano's size isn't even that far fetched but the fact stands that sasuke's is in fact the faster/swifter than madara's, is madara's bigger? Yes, but stronger definitely no. Sasuke could be constructing the size it's not that far off, bit if you want to believe that's the natural size them by all means. But the adjust of size is still a factor.

Anyway, if you truly believe that Sasky had a larger chakra pool than Madara then you are beyond retarded.

Madara fought against Hashirama for 24 hours while controlling 100% Kurama and using PS at the same time, what did sasky do? Use enton a few times, use susano'o a few times, not to mention he got chakra from Naruto as well as Kabuto and SO6P.

Don't forget that Hashirama alone has more chakra than Naruto and Kurama combined, they even compared him to Juubito, Madara fought him till he ran out of chakra. EMS Madara has way more chakra than sasky, there is no contest here.
