we use to think Madara's Sharingan was special in the way that it could produce Perfect Susano'o and change it's susano'o shape.

But now we see Sasuke can do the same exact thing. So maybe Madara's Sharingan has nothing special associated with it?

I personally feel he shouldn't have the Perfect Susano'o so early in his obtaining EMS...

But Perfect Susano'o doesn't equal a lack of a special ability. And I'm not sure WHO said that the Perfected Susano'o was specific to Madara, but that was an obvious miscalculation in their logic...
