Naruto didn't cry over Nagato's death,he even said he still didn't forgive Nagato.

True but I meant in terms of forgiving him and ending the cycle of hatred/revenge. The fact he cried shows he felt strong emotion something because he was leaving the world even though Obito started the war. Naruto even said himself that he could have possibly ended up as a villain himself had he taken one wrong turn in this life. I think Naruto is the kind of person who doesn't like unnecessary deaths. Especially after Obito turned a new leaf and was trying to right his wrongs (or as many as he could).

Yeah Naruto could have said some more, maybe showed said some more things, but Obito was also crumbling away and was talking most of the time. I don't think Naruto wanted to interrupt Obito's final words either. Just my opinion. I don't see it as a big deal eitherway. I liked the chapter. Just my 2 cents.

well obito tried finishing off kushina with kurama, and tried warping away minato. he failed tho.

He also didnt say he forgave Obito .... as durrring his TnJ he was asking Obito to come to their side and face the consequences of is actions. Not to mention he actually referred to the part of Obito that wanted to be come hokage as cool, as BZ was trash talking that persona aswell.

Ok. But Obito had lost control of Kurama after Minato hit him with that Rasengan. Kurama didn't have to kill Minato and Kushina if he didn't want to at that point. So how is Obito responsible for what Kurama did?

I understand what you mean but it was Obito's fault Kurama showed up in the first place. And technically he killed Kushina by extracting the Bijuu. Kurama just helped speed up her time of death

Naruto wants to make peace it's part of his character to forgive that's why he is the child of prophecy , and his tears showed us that he really forgave obito, otherwise it would look like naruto didn't forgive obito for what his done and this whole "child of prophecy" thing would be bullshit so yeah I think it was the safest way to let us(the fans) know that naruto forgave obito

Kurama's actions are the result of Obito letting him free to begin with.

But no one was forcing Kurama to act like that when the brainwashing wore off. He could've been sealed peacefully. But he decides to rampage, how is it Obito's fault? Yeah he was sealed in Kushina but he was going to get loose again anyway whenever Kushina died. It's not Obito's fault that Biju's go on rampages even when they're not brainwashed
