yeah he's crying because he sees how obito regretted the decisions he made during his life and how he wish he could go back and so naruto is feeling for him xd naruto has a lot of empathy for characters like this who have struggled like him

In my opinion I'm glad that he cried. It shows compassion and the strength to forgive. He did the same thing with Nagato too. I think it's supposed to reinforce the theme of love and hatred in the story. I think MLK's quote really applies here "Darkness cannot drive out darkness, only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate, only love can do that"

You need a scan showing that Obito was responsible for the deaths of Minato and Kushina

This chapter completely crossed the line in terms of how Naruto forgave Obito for all the shit he`s done compare to Nagato incident which it was done better.
