I admit the fact that Iam not quite familiar with English but I failed to see how we can imply that Tobirama is going to use/can use soul transfer jutsu based on that statement and yes the fact that it is a forbidden jutsu proves that he is not going to pull it by normal means but still it won't prove that it is soul transfer jutsu.

No, you're right. I just meant it implies he has something he still hasn't shown us yet, whether it be the Soul Transfer Jutsu or not. Like Pengz said, a lot of speculation can still be made.
